It's been a while...
I'm not sure where to begin...
We had to get rid of our puppy. It was so sad to do, but I kept getting sicker and less balanced and when I had my allergy testing done, it turned out that I was allergic to him (plus a whole slew of other things).
Jade and Nova are both staying home again this year, so no pre-K or second grade. I'll start a post on homeschooling on that page soon.
Nick is still working at his job here. We're trying to find a better place to live, yet stay with this company because they are great and Nick is happy. Boulder and Phoenix are two options. There are others, but we really don't know yet where we want to be. There's no time crunch. It could be a few years, but we want to find our home and buy. The kids are at an age where we really want to settle down and say, "This is where we are going to be for the next 15+ years. This is our home."
I've decided not to return to school this fall. I was seriously considering it, but I just don't have it in me right now. It's just too much. Hopefully instead I'll hang out with my family, maybe go on a few nature hikes and even camping trips, read some good books, and just chill out. I need to focus on caring for myself. I got so sick this spring. It took a lot out of me.
